About the role

Setters are the front line of Billwise. You call US medical practices, spark interest, and schedule appointments for our closers. No selling pressure on you, your job is to open doors, not close deals.

This is the best entry point into US healthcare careers. Every closer and team lead here can do this job, because most of them started in it.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to US medical practices during US business hours
Follow our tested scripts and handle common objections
Qualify prospects and book appointments on closers' calendars
Log every call and outcome in the CRM accurately
Hit daily activity and weekly appointment targets

What we look for

Good spoken English, clear and confident on the phone
Willingness to work night shift on-site in Islamabad
Coachable attitude, you will get feedback daily and it will make you better
Basic computer skills

Three levels, one path

FRESH

No experience needed

Never done this before? Fine. We run full paid training on the US healthcare system, our scripts, and phone skills. Attitude and English are all you need to bring.

ENTRY LEVEL

Under 6 months experience

You have made calls before and know the basics. We sharpen your skills and put you on live campaigns faster.

EXPERIENCED

6+ months experience

You have a track record of booked appointments. You start at a higher base, and you are first in line for the closer track.

Where this goes: top setters move to the closer track. Same office, bigger role, bigger earnings.
